So far very nicely furnished. The menu was too “special” for me personally, so I decided on the burger with sweet potatoes. The meat was very "crumbly" and had a nasty aftertaste. When asked, it was explained that lamb would be there. In my opinion something like this must be stated on the card !!! For me, therefore, wasted money

Atmospheric. Extremely friendly service. Really good "little things" at moderate prices. You feel good!

Very nice staff. Scrambled eggs (3 eggs) with tomato, herbs and small salad, plus half a baguette with butter for 5,90! Delicious. What more do you want? Coffee also very good. We will be back.

The food is great. The wines are highly recommended. The service is nice. However, you should bring time for dinner in the evening. But it's worth the wait. Caution: only cash!

In Ratingen one of the best restaurants. Excellent cuisine and hosts. It fills well and is happy there. Prices are fair and the location is also convenient.

The menu says "grilled octopus". It's not. It's pan fried. The white wine is very good. The red is a bit sour. I guess the bottle was already open and no one bothered to check it. The bartender kept answering in English although we only ordered in German. I guess he listened in on our conversation that was in our native language (not English)? I didn't understand that part one bit.

Best little bistro in Ratingen

This place is a little gem. Excellent food and excellent wine. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Prices were very reasonable. It's more of a bar than restaurant but a great place for a casual meal. Food was locally sourced and in season. I couldn't have asked for better.
